10th anniversary edition of Kastaplast’s Reko, in pine green K3 plastic with the original stamp. The same straight, reliable putter as ever.

The story of pine green: The pine green colour had only been produced once in Kastaplast’s history — in 2018, when Stockholm’s Brunna club ordered a custom run to celebrate its 40th anniversary. This Reko 10th anniversary edition (2015–2025) brings back that historic colour with the original 2015 stamp and no printed flight numbers — just as it was when it first went out into the world.

The Reko has been Kastaplast’s most popular putter since its launch in 2015 — and this 10th anniversary edition pays tribute to its roots. Reko means “good, reliable or decent” in Swedish, and for ten years it has kept exactly that promise. With speed 3, glide 3, turn 0 and fade 1, it flies completely straight and finishes with a very gentle fade. A comfortable rounded profile with a small bead that suits most hands. Reinforced shoulder for extra durability.

What makes this edition special is what it doesn’t have: flight numbers. Kastaplast brought back the stamp from the first 2015 run — before numbers were printed on the discs — and put it on the Brunna club’s historic pine green. In the manufacturer’s words: “a piece of Kastaplast history you can carry with you. Let’s go back to the roots.” A collector’s edition that also flies perfectly.

K3 Line

Kastaplast's base plastic. Very grippy in all conditions thanks to its slightly textured surface, with a feel halfway between soft and firm. It beats in faster than K1, which over time makes it a little more workable. Compared with other base plastics on the market, K3 is among the most durable in its category. In the Berg specifically, K3 flies a bit more stable than K1 and lands with much less ground play.

Kastaplast K3 Reko (standard)— same mold, same plastic, same flight. The difference is purely for collectors: the original stamp without numbers and the historic pine green colour make this edition a unique piece of the brand’s history.

Dynamic Discs Judge Classic Blend— a very popular beaded neutral putter (2/4/0/1). The Judge has more glide. The Reko K3 Anniversary is a little shorter and more wind-resistant — for putts where the Judge would glide too much.

Discmania D-Line P2 Flex 2— a classic beadless neutral putter (2/3/0/1). The P2 is a little slower and has no bead. The Reko K3 has a bead and is a little faster — for players who like the extra grip and consistency a bead gives.
