Versatile Kastaplast fairway driver in K1 Hard plastic, Joseph Anderson Tour Series edition. Straight and predictable on any line.

“This is my favourite driver. It's really versatile and goes where I want it to. A speed 9 fairway driver that's been my main go-to driver for a long time.”— Joseph Anderson, official Tour Series description

The Lots is Kastaplast's versatile fairway driver — and its name says it all. “Lots” is Swedish for a ship's pilot: the one who guides a vessel through difficult waters and narrow channels until it reaches port safe and sound. In disc golf, the Lots is a predictable line-holder that handles any flight path. With speed 9, glide 5, turn -1 and fade 2, it flies straight with minimal early turn before a moderate, reliable fade. According to the manufacturer: “straight shots, hyzers and anhyzers. Multi-purpose”. Equally effective backhand and forehand.

In K1 Hard the Lots is a bit more overstable than in standard K1 — the version with the most torque resistance and the most reliability in the wind. As the community puts it: “the overstability you want from the Lots — you can throw it hard on anhyzer and it'll come back overstable”. K1 Hard is exclusive to Kastaplast's Tour Series — it isn't in the standard range — which makes this edition hard to find outside the seasonal releases.

K1 Hard

A stiffer version of Kastaplast's premium K1 plastic. It keeps the polished finish and the blend of firmness and grip that define K1, but its extra hardness means it wears more slowly and adds a touch of stability. Ideal if you want to keep the mold's original flight for longer without the plastic softening with use.

Latitude 64 Saint Pro Gold Orbit Kristin Lätt— also a neutral-to-overstable speed 8 fairway driver (8/5/-0.5/2). The Saint Pro is a little slower and more workable. The Lots K1 Hard is faster and a bit more overstable — more distance for arms that have already outgrown speed 8.

Innova Champion Thunderbird— also an overstable speed 9 control fairway driver (9/5/0/2). The Thunderbird has turn 0 and is a bit more overstable. The Lots K1 Hard has turn -1 — more early turn and more distance before the fade.

Discmania Neo Instinct X-out— also a neutral speed 7 fairway driver (7/5/0/2). The Instinct is slower and more overstable. The Lots K1 Hard is faster with more turn — the natural next step when the Instinct falls short on speed.
