Midrange from James Conrad's line for MVP, in white Neutron plastic made for dyeing. The same flight as the Detour: long turnovers and hyzer flips.

The Detour is the first midrange in the James Conrad Line — designed by the 2021 World Champion to reflect his backhand style of long, elegant turnovers. With speed 5, glide 5, turn -2 and fade 1, it sits between the Hex (more neutral) and the Uplink (more understable) in the MVP range. It flies straight for moderate arms and turns over for long turnovers and hyzer flips with more power.

This Dyer's Delight version comes in unstamped white Neutron plastic — a blank canvas ready to customise with dyes. MVP/Axiom's Dyer's Delight line was born to serve the growing community of players who customise their own discs with unique designs. White Neutron plastic takes dye exceptionally well, producing vivid, well-defined colours. The flight is exactly the same as any other version of the Detour.

Neutron (white for dyeing)

The same MVP premium Neutron plastic in its unpigmented white version, optimised for absorbing dye. It keeps all the properties of standard Neutron — durability, grip and GYRO overmold technology — with the advantage of a completely blank canvas for any design. White Neutron plastic is one of the most highly rated by the dyeing community for the accuracy and vibrancy of the colours it produces.

Latitude 64 Fuse Opto
— also a versatile understable midrange (5/6/-1/0). The Fuse has more glide and less fade — even straighter. The Detour has more turn and a bit more bite at the end for shaping lines.

Innova Leopard3— the Leopard3 (7/5/-2/1) is an understable fairway driver with the same turn and fade. The Detour is slower — more controllable for players who don't need a fairway driver's speed.

Kastaplast Kaxe Z K1— also a neutral-to-understable midrange. The Kaxe Z has turn 0 on paper but flies more understable in K1. The Detour is more predictable on the turn thanks to MVP's more honest official numbers.
