Discraft disc in Z Line plastic known as “the faster Buzzz”. For anyone who wants a bit more distance than a midrange gives them.

2012 Ace Race disc · The faster Buzzz

The Zombee was born as Discraft's official 2012 Ace Race disc — and the community soon adopted it as one of its favourites. Designed as a cross between the iconic Buzzz and the Stalker, the Zombee is essentially “the faster Buzzz”. In the manufacturer's words: “Love your Buzzz? Wish you could get a little more distance out of it?” With speed 6, glide 4, turn -1 and fade 1, and a stability rating of 1.0, it has a completely neutral flight with a slight early turn before a very gentle fade — a disc where what you see is what you get.

Perfect for tight fairways where accuracy matters, control shots in the woods, drives on short holes and any situation where the Buzzz falls short on speed. In Z Line the Zombee flies a little firmer than in ESP — the translucent plastic that's truest to the official numbers. “Zombee wants CHAINS” is the community's motto — a disc with loads of personality and an utterly predictable flight.

Z Line

Discraft's most durable plastic, formerly known as Elite-Z. Translucent look with vivid colours and highly wear-resistant. It comes out of the factory a bit firmer and less grippy than ESP, but gains grip progressively with use. Its biggest advantage over other plastics is that it keeps its original flight characteristics for much longer — ideal if you want your disc to fly the same round after round.

Discraft Fuzed Z Buzzz
— the Zombee's big brother (5/4/-1/1). The Buzzz is slower with the same stability. The Zombee Z is faster and covers more distance — the natural next step for anyone who's mastered the Buzzz and wants to reach further.

Discmania Neo Instinct X-out
— also a neutral fairway driver (7/5/0/2). The Instinct is faster and a bit more overstable. The Zombee Z has less fade and is a bit more accessible — for players who want more control and less finish than the Instinct.

Latitude 64 Grand Mighty— also a neutral fairway driver (7/5/-1/2). The Mighty is faster with more fade. The Zombee Z is slower with less fade — more control and accuracy at the cost of some distance and finish.
