Understable Discraft distance driver in Big Z plastic. For lots of distance with little effort and for long hyzer flips.

The Thrasher is one of Discraft's best-known and best-selling distance drivers — “understable without being flippy, for long bombs with surprisingly little effort”. With speed 12, glide 5, turn -3 and fade 2, and a stability rating of 0.4, it flips up from hyzer, turns generously early on and finishes with a gentle, controlled fade. Perfect for slower arms that want real distance and for advanced players who use it for hyzer flips, turnovers and rollers.

The Big Z version combines the maximum durability of Z Line with a subtle pearly quality that brings brighter colours and more eye-catching stamps. As a blend between ESP and Z, Big Z tends to fly a bit more overstable than ESP — which on the Thrasher can slightly reduce the perceived turn. For players who want the most durable Thrasher possible without losing too much turn, Big Z is the ideal choice.

Big Z

Discraft premium plastic with all the durability of standard Z but with a more opaque finish and a distinctive pearly sheen. Designed to show off big graphics in eye-catching colours. The grip is similar to Z, improving slightly with use as the plastic beats in. Very wear-resistant, it keeps its original flight characteristics for a long time.

Discraft ESP Thrasher— same mold. ESP has more grip from day one and flies a bit more understable — more turn and more workable. Big Z is more durable and can fly a bit more overstable — for anyone who wants their Thrasher to last longer without softening up.

Latitude 64 Royal Clear Grace
— also an accessible distance driver (11/6/-1/2). The Grace has much less turn. The Thrasher Big Z is much more understable — for players who need more turn than the Grace can offer.

Kastaplast K1 Grind Falk— also an understable fairway driver (9/6/-2/1). The Falk is slower and more controllable. The Thrasher Big Z is faster and more understable — more raw distance for players who've already mastered the Falk.
