Kastaplast midrange/fairway in K1 Grind plastic, 100% recycled. For long, technical shots down narrow fairways.

100% Recycled Plastic

The Stig is the natural evolution of the Kaxe Z — a midrange/fairway driver hybrid with more turn and less fade. Its name means “path” in Swedish, which is exactly what it’s for: carving your way through the narrowest, most technical fairways. With speed 6, glide 5, turn -2 and fade 1, it offers a neutral-to-understable flight that glides a long way and finishes with a very gentle fade. According to the manufacturer, “there’s no need to get nervous on long, narrow fairways”.

Especially useful for controlled shots in the woods, hyzer flips, gentle turnovers and downwind drives. K1 Grind has the same flight properties as standard K1 — the same firmness, the same grip and the same durability — with the added benefit of being made from 100% recycled materials. Some players notice that K1 Grind can fly slightly more stable than K1 in the same mold.

K1 Grind

The sustainable version of Kastaplast's premium K1 plastic. Made from 100% recycled K1 plastic — Kastaplast collects the leftover material from its own K1 disc production, grinds it and turns it into new plastic without mixing it with other materials or using second-hand discs. The result has the same quality, durability and grip as standard K1, but with a significantly lower environmental impact. Some players notice that K1 Grind flies a bit more stable than standard K1.

Kastaplast K1 Grind Falk
— the same recycled plastic but a different mold (9/6/-2/1). The Falk is faster and covers more distance. The Stig is slower and easier to control — for precision shots where the Falk has more speed than you need.

Axiom Neutron Detour— another versatile understable midrange (5/5/-2/1). The Detour is a little slower. The Stig K1 Grind is a little faster with more glide — more real distance with the same workable flight philosophy.

Latitude 64 Project Grip Claymore— another midrange with turn -1 and fade 1 (5/5/-1/1). The Claymore is a bit more neutral. The Stig has more turn and flies a little more understable — more workable for hyzer flips and shaped shots in the woods.
