Overstable fairway driver from Latitude 64’s Royal line, in Royal Grand plastic. Control for advanced players that handles a lot of power.

The Honor belongs to Latitude 64’s Royal line — the brand’s most premium range. NexEdge removes the flashing from the rim for a snag-free release, and NexFeel is the polishing process that gives the whole flight plate an exceptional feel. The community calls it “the new Culverin” and “Lat64’s Firebird”.

The Honor is the go-to overstable fairway driver in Latitude 64’s Royal line — designed to be “the ultimate control driver for advanced players, with enough stability to handle plenty of torque without being overly aggressive”. With speed 9, glide 5, turn 0 and fade 2.5, it flies dead straight for 80% of its flight before finishing with a reliable, consistent fade. The community calls it the successor to the discontinued Culverin and compares its flight directly with Innova’s Firebird — but in the best plastic on the market.

In the manufacturer’s words: “Try it, it would be our honor!” Perfect for long hyzers, forced flex shots, powerful overstable forehands and any situation where you need the disc to hold up into a headwind without turning over. The fade of 2.5 — another of Latitude 64’s trademark decimal numbers — places it precisely between the Saint Pro (fade 2) and the Grand Rive (fade 3.5). In Royal Grand the flight plate has an exceptional feel thanks to NexFeel, and the rim comes out of the mold perfectly smooth thanks to NexEdge.

Royal Grand

Latitude 64 premium plastic, part of its Royal line. It starts from the same base as Opto but adds an extra polymer for more grip without sacrificing durability. Opaque finish with vivid colours and a softer, gummier feel than Opto. It flies slightly more workable than Opto in the same mold, which makes it many players' preferred choice for their drivers. Excellent in cold and wet conditions thanks to its extra grip.

Kastaplast K1 Malm— another overstable speed-10 fairway driver (10/4/0/2.5). The Malm is a little faster but has less glide. The Honor has more glide (5 vs 4) and more distance before the fade — more versatile for intermediate-to-advanced players.

Innova Star Firebird— the classic benchmark overstable fairway driver (9/3/0/4). The Firebird has less glide and more fade. The Honor has glide 5 and fade 2.5 — more distance and a softer finish than the aggressive Firebird.

Discmania Neo Splice X-out— another very overstable fairway driver (9/3/0/4). The Splice has less glide and more fade. The Honor has more glide and a more moderate fade — more distance and more accessible for intermediate players than the extreme Splice.
