Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping anywhere in Spain with Correos costs €8.50, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number.
Can I pick up my order without paying for shipping?
Yes. Choose free pickup at Parc de l'Hostal del Fum (Palau-solità i Plegamans) at checkout and we'll arrange to hand it over to you in person.
Do you deliver by hand in the Barcelona area?
Yes. It costs €8 in zone 1 and €15 in zone 2. The exact price is shown at checkout based on your address.
Why is my order arriving in two parcels?
Some products ship directly from our partners' warehouse. They arrive in a separate parcel with their own tracking number.
What about made-to-order products?
Some products, such as backpacks, are ordered from the manufacturer when you place your order. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page.
Returns and warranty
Can I return a disc?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from when you receive it. Email us at dglaflama@gmail.com with your order number. The disc must be unthrown and show no signs of use.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered. In that case, we pay for it.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of letting us know about the return, using the same payment method you used.
Choosing a disc
What do the four numbers on a disc mean?
They're the flight numbers. Speed (1 to 14) is how fast the disc needs to be thrown; Glide (1 to 7), how much it glides; Turn (+1 to -5), how much it turns early in the flight; and Fade (0 to 5), how much it hooks the opposite way at the end. You'll see them in that order on every product page and card.
I'm just starting out. Which disc should I buy?
Start with a putter and a midrange, and add a low-speed fairway driver (6 or 7). High-speed distance drivers need a lot of arm and fly worse at first. You can filter by type in the shop or read our beginner's guide.
What weight should I choose?
If you're starting out, a lighter disc (under 170 g) is easier to throw far. Heavier discs handle the wind better and are more stable.
Which plastic is best?
Base plastics have more grip and are cheaper; premium plastics last longer and keep flying the same for longer. We explain it all in our disc golf plastics guide.
I can't find the disc I'm looking for

Club La Flama
What is Club La Flama?
It's our points programme, free for everyone. You earn 1 point for every euro you spend and exchange them for discounts: 100 points get you €5 off (on orders from €25), 200 points €10 (from €50), 300 points €15 (from €75) and 400 points €20 (from €100).
What are the perks if I play in a club?
If your club is part of Club La Flama and signs you up as a member, you get an automatic €1 discount on every product, your purchases earn points for the club and the club can redeem them for vouchers for all its members.
How do I join a club?
Ask your club. Only the club decides who is a member, and it's the club that signs you up.
Are all products discounted?
Products shipped directly by our partners earn points, but they aren't eligible for discounts or points redemptions.
